TradingView is the free charting site GoldScan's data panel runs on. If you don't already use it, here's the easiest way to get a proper XAUUSD chart up in a couple of minutes.

Go to tradingview.com and create a free account (or the TradingView app on your phone works too).

Search for XAUUSD (Gold vs US Dollar) in the search bar at the top and open its chart.

Along the top of the chart, set the timeframe to 5m (5 minutes) — GoldScan only reads 5-minute charts.

Zoom/scroll so at least 10 candles are visible on screen before you screenshot.

Optional but recommended: add the free GoldScan Pine Script panel to your chart — it gives the scanner extra data to work with for a sharper call.

Screenshot your chart and upload it in GoldScan — that's it.
You don't need a paid TradingView plan for any of this — the free account covers everything GoldScan needs.
