These terms govern your use of Gold Scan ("the App"), a decision-support tool for gold (XAUUSD) chart analysis. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Gold Scan analyses chart screenshots you upload and returns a suggested trading signal (BUY, SELL, or WAIT) along with supporting reasoning, entry/target levels, and optional risk-management ideas. The App does not place trades on your behalf and does not manage your funds.
Gold Scan offers the following plans, billed in South African Rand (ZAR):
Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription on your chosen interval (weekly, monthly, or yearly), processed securely through Paystack. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
Gold Scan is a software-as-a-service product with no physical delivery. Access to paid features is granted automatically and immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Paystack — typically within a few seconds. If a payment succeeds but your account is not upgraded within 10 minutes, please contact us at the email below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings, or by contacting us at the email below. Cancelling stops future billing — your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing interval and are non-refundable once charged, including in cases of mid-cycle cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), contact us at the email below and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the App, or attempt to abuse the scan or payment systems. You may delete your own account at any time from within the App.
Trading involves risk, and no analysis tool — including Gold Scan — can guarantee profitable outcomes. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future results. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Scan and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any signal, analysis, or content it provides.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
